Welcome To Sweatpants & Pageantry

A place where sweatpants are acceptable and celery with peanut butter is classified as a meal.

For the last year I have been hobby shopping. What that means is I have been trying out as many hobbies as I can, all of which clearly need more time than what I am willing to commit. The list includes a cheap cello that refused to stay tuned, a couple paint by numbers, many decorated cakes that our waistlines did not appreciate, sprinkle in some home improvements and languages and we’ve arrived at blogging.

I am by no means capable of writing a novel, but in my quest to occupy free time with something more than television, books, and the gym, I discovered I like to explore, learn new things, take pictures of what i’m exploring and learning, and then tell my uninterested clients about the things I explore, learn, and take pictures of.

Now doesn’t that sound like blogging would be a perfect fit for me? Well i'm doing it either way!

Feel free to follow along as I try out meal plans, beauty routines, workouts, pretty much anything that comes to mind while I maintain our small but crazy household. And be prepared for the silly adventures Ryan and I go on (which are only as epic as the story you write).
